Well this chance seems still way too low. Spread Elder through Hydra and Chimera clusters to contain 3 T15 maps when he hits 20 maps. There is 60% chance for him to start his influence in the other T15 maps which is where I continue to step 3.ģ. If it is Carcass or Basilica I remove Elder from atlas and try again.
